Terms of Use

By using the Dii! app (the "App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About the App

Dii! is a family app: parents create household tasks, the child completes them with photo proof, the parent approves, and the child earns stars to exchange for prizes. Developer: Serhii Krykunov (ex.dp.ua).

2. Account

The account is created by a parent or legal guardian (an adult). You are responsible for the accuracy of the data, the security of your password, and for children using the App under your supervision. By uploading photos you confirm that you have the right to do so and that the photos do not violate anyone's rights.

3. PRO subscription and purchases

Core features are free. Extended features (PRO) are available through a paid subscription or a one-time purchase:

• Monthly subscription — renews automatically every month;
• Annual subscription — renews automatically every year;
• Lifetime purchase ("forever") — a one-time payment that does not renew.

Current prices and terms are shown in the App Store before purchase and may vary by country.

4. Auto-renewal (Apple)

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for the next period within 24 hours before the current one ends.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

5. Restoring purchases

If you reinstalled the App or changed devices, use the "Restore purchases" button in the App while signed in with the same Apple ID.

6. Prizes from kupika.com.ua

The App may show products from the online store kupika.com.ua as examples of prizes. Exchanging stars for such a prize is a separate purchase from a third-party store: physical goods, delivery, price, warranty and returns are governed by that store's terms, not by Apple or this App. Payment for such goods does not go through Apple. Stars in the App are virtual points with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

7. Prohibited use

You may not upload unlawful, abusive or pornographic content, photos of people without their consent (or the consent of their parents), or attempt to hack the App or access other people's data.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors, and we are not responsible for any educational outcome. To the extent permitted by law, the developer's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the App (Profile → Delete account). We may restrict access if these terms are violated.

10. Apple license agreement

For installs from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the App or its support.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is on this page. The law of Ukraine applies, and for consumers also the mandatory rules of the law of their country of residence.
